河北省不同栽培模式的梨果生产劳动力成本分析

摘  要：
以传统水果梨为例,以代表性案例为依据,以不同栽培模式为视角,分析了河北省梨果生产的劳动力成本。先从辛集市中密度模式的梨果生产成本构成入手,重点对乔化稀植与矮化密植模式下主要生产用工环节的成本进行对比。研究结果显示,劳动力成本可以很大程度影响到梨果的总生产成本。降低劳动力成本的途径有,梨树栽培向矮砧密植集约高效栽培模式发展;配合树形,简化修剪方法;运用自然生草与增施有机物料相结合的方法改良土壤;增加机械化作业。

摘  要：
Pears which is the traditional fruit was made as an example.It is the representative case as far.Different cultivation patterns were made as the perspective and the production labor costs of pears in Hebei province was analyzed.First of all,the pear cost of manufacturing in the density model in Xinji city was analyzed.Secondly,the main production part of the cost of labor between thin and sparse cultivation and dwarf and close cultivation was compared.The result showed that the labor costs could significantly affect the total production costs of pear.The ways to low the labor cost was developing dwarf and close cultivation and intensive and efficient cultivation,simplifing pruning methods with the tree,improving the soil by using the natural grasses and increasing the organic materials and increasing mechanization.
