3种实木地板材主要物理力学性质比较研究

摘 要:
采用传统的木材物理力学试验方法,对实木地板木材香二翅豆、番龙眼和栎木的主要物理力学性质进行了比较研究。结果表明,3个材种中香二翅豆的干缩率最小,密度、抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度、横纹径向抗压和横纹弦向抗压以及冲击韧性最大,其主要物理力学性质品质等级属于高级;番龙眼的弦向干缩率和冲击韧性较栎木的小,其它物理力学性质指标居中,其主要物理力学性质品质等级属于高级;栎木的弦向干缩率和冲击韧性较番龙眼的大,其它上述指标均为最小,其主要物理力学性质品质等级属于中等或高级。方差分析结果表明,除了冲击韧性指标外,3个材种上述主要的物理力学性质指标均在0.01水平达到了显著水平。研究结果对于这些材种实木地板的加工利用具有较大的实际指导意义。

摘 要:
Three kinds of solid wood floorings made of Dipteryx odorata,Pometia spp.and Quercus spp.,were studied on their physical and mechanical properties by using the conventional measuring method.The results show that Dipteryx odorata recorded the least shrinkage rate and the biggest density,resistance to bending,MOE,compression strength parallel to grain,compression strength perpendicular to grain and impact ductility in the three species.Its quality belongs to the highest grade.The tangential direction shrinkage rate and impact ductility of Pometia spp.are less than those of Quercus spp.The other physical and mechanical properties of Pometia spp.are bigger than those of Quercus spp.Its quality belongs to high grade,except for its tangential direction shrink-age and impact ductility which are bigger than those of Pometia spp.The others physical and mechanical proper-ties of Quercus spp.are the least in the three kinds of flooring.Its quality belongs to mid-grade or high-grade.The results have practical guiding significance for production and usage of these solid wood flooring.
