摘  要：
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是当代的马克思主义,是引领中国特色社会主义新时代的纲领、旗帜和灵魂。习近平新时代生态文明建设思想是马克思主义在生态文明建设领域的重大思想理论成果。以习近平新时代生态文明建设思想为引领,做好新时期林草国际贷款项目工作,要努力做到:坚持服务国家工作大局和重点发展战略,提高项目对国家重大决策的执行力;坚持以人为本、民生为重,提高项目对民生的保障力;坚持吸收创新,提高项目对创新发展的引导力;坚持将风险防控及评估监测体系贯穿项目始终,提高项目的整体风险可控性。

摘  要：
President Xi Jinping's Thoughts of Chinese socialism with characteristics is not only contemporary Marxism,but also is the directing flag and soul of the new ages of Chinese characteristic socialism. His ecological civilization construction thoughts become fruits of applying Marxism to ecological civilization construction sector. In the Direction of President Xi's ecological civilization construction thoughts,the international loan projects Regarding Forest &Grassland in the New Ages Should follow as bellows :( a) Serve efficiently for the national development Priority and strategy to carry out the vital policy-decision;( b) serve the livelihood of the public to ensure the increase of the welfare of the public;( c) absorb international knowledge and ideas and promote the projects innovations samples and pilots of innovation;( d) set up the risk avoiding and controlling system during the project life circle to enhance the risk management.
