香梨杂种后代休眠芽过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘  要:
主要以香梨 3个正反交组合 ,2 9株杂种实生树及其亲本为试材 ,通过PAGE研究了休眠芽过氧化物酶同工酶 (POD)的遗传动态。结果表明 :休眠芽是研究梨杂种后代POD酶谱遗传动态的理想试材 ,杂种POD谱型基因组成复杂 ,但在遗传上表现为典型的质量性状 ,杂种后代谱型分离符合 1∶1的分离规律。杂种表现的“杂种酶带H”可作为鉴别杂种的依据之一

摘  要:
The peroxidase isozymic patterns (PIP) of the dormant buds taken from 3 cross combinations,29 hybrid seedings and their parents were detected by polyacrylamide electrophoresis.The results showed that dormant bud was an ideal sampling part to research PIP of hybrid pear. The phenotype of PIP was a qualititive character though its genetic composition was very complex.There were characteristic pattern bands among Pyrus plants. The crossing band H was considered as a mean to identify hybrids.
