饲料中阿散酸和洛克沙胂的检测

摘  要:
采用液相-原子荧光光谱法检测了饲料中的有机胂含量。在选定的试验条件下,阿散酸和洛克沙胂食品检出限分别为3.0μg/L和1.8μg/L;进行了3种饲料样品的测定,阿散酸和洛克沙胂相对标准偏差分别为0.98%和1.00%,加标回收率分别为70.65%~101.88%和95.14%~111.77%。样品处理简便快速,线性范围宽,基体干扰小,精密度、准确性均能满足饲料中有机胂的形态分析要求。

摘  要:
The determination of organic arsine in feed was studied by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.In the selected experimental conditions,the detection limits of arsanilic acid and roxarsone were respectively 3.0 μg/L and 1.8 μg/L.The determination of three kinds of feed samples showed that the relative standard deviations of arsanilic acid and roxarsone were respectively 0.98%and 1.00%,and their recovery rates were respectively 70.65%-101.88%and 95.14%-111.77%.This method was simple and rapid in sample treatment,wide in linear range and small in matrix interference,and could meet the required precision in determining organic arsine residues of feed products.
