太湖鹅种质特性

摘  要：
为了更好的保护和开发利用太湖鹅遗传资源,以苏州太湖鹅保种场2007年的60个家系为试验材料,依据实地调查、饲养试验、屠宰测定、理化分析等,对太湖鹅体型外貌特征、体尺、体重、生长发育规律、屠宰性能、生理生化指标、肉品质、蛋品质、产蛋性能和羽毛发育规律进行观察和测定。结果表明:太湖鹅早期生长发育较快,其中2~5周龄最快,70日龄均重2713g,91日龄均重3143g。91日龄屠宰率:公鹅90.3%,母鹅89.2%;半净膛率:公鹅82.5%,母鹅81.9%;全净膛率:公鹅73.1%,母鹅72.5%。开产日龄203.3d,开产蛋重101.6g,平均产蛋数64.4个,52周龄蛋重141.8g,受精率90.3%,受精蛋孵化率90.4%,健雏率98.5%。经过进一步选育提高,太湖鹅可以成为杂交配套系的理想母本。

摘  要：
In this paper,we investigated Taihu geese in Suzhou conservation farm aiming to conserve and utilize this genetic resource.Based on local survey,feeding experiment,slaughter test,physical and chemical analyses,breeding characteristics in Taihu geese were reported in detail,including: morphological characteristics,body measurements and weight,development and growth rule,slaughter performances,physiological and biochemical parameters,meat and egg quality,egg production,development model in feather.Results suggested:Taihu geese had rapid development and growth rate in early period.Taihu geese grew very fast from 2 to 5 weeks,weight in 70 and 91 days had respectively rearch 2713 and 3143 grams in average.Dressing percentage in 91 days for female and male geese had been 89.2% and 90.3% respectively,eviscerated yield with giblet for female and male 81.9% and 82.5%,net carcass rate for female and male 72.5% and 73.1%.Data from 60 genealogies in 2007 showed:age at first egg was 203.3 days,weight at first egg 101.6 grams,egg production in average 64.4,egg weight at 52-week 141.8 grams,fertility 90.3%,hatchability of fertile eggs 90.4%,percentage of healthy chicks 98.5%.Taihu geese would be ideal materna-line candidate if selection had been carried out on further breeding program.
