水肥供应对番茄果实糖酸含量的影响

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验,研究灌水量、氮、磷、钾及有机肥用量对番茄果实糖酸含量的影响。结果表明:合适的灌水量和有机肥用量、增施氮肥和钾肥均能明显提高番茄可滴定酸含量,但过高的施磷量不利于果实中可滴定酸的积累。灌水量过高、增大磷肥和钾肥用量均会抑制番茄可溶性糖的累积,增施氮肥和有机肥均能显著提高可溶性糖含量。番茄果实的糖酸比在一定范围内受施磷量影响不大,增施氮肥和有机肥均能提高果实的糖酸比,控制适量的灌水量和施钾量有利于番茄果实糖酸比的增大。

摘  要:
The effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and manure on sugar and acid contents in tomato were investigated by pot experiment.The results showed that titratable acid content of tomato could be improved with reasonable supply of irrigation amount and manure amount or increasing the nitrogen and potassium amount,but excessive amount of phosphorus was not conducive to the accumulation of titratable acid.Increasing irrigation amount,phosphorus and potassium amount would inhibit the accumulation of tomato soluble sugar,increasing nitrogen and manure amount could significantly increase the soluble sugar content.Within a certain extension,phosphorus had little effect on the sugar-acid ratio of tomato,increasing nitrogen and manure amount could improve the sugar-acid ratio of fruit,suitable irrigation and potassium amount was helpful to increase the sugar-acid ratio.
