激光诱导击穿光谱快速检测奶粉中重金属Cr的定量分析研究

摘  要:
[目的]探索激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)在食品安全检测中应用的可行性。[方法]以实验室配置的含Cr婴幼儿奶粉为研究对象,为提高LIBS检测奶粉中重金属Cr元素的精准性,采用集成ICCD光谱仪的3个不同分辨率光栅分别对样品LIBS光谱信号进行采集,并对LIBS检测稳定性、灵敏度、定量分析准确度进行了综合比较分析。[结果]试验表明,3个光栅检测样品LIBS强度的平均相对标准偏差(RSD)均在10%以下,整体上系统稳定性比较好。对3个光栅LIBS信号采集结果进行定量分析,拟合曲线的线性相关系数R2分别为0.248 87、0.903 12、0.992 81,真实值与预测值的平均相对误差分别为38.23%、8.84%、7.43%,说明高分辨率光栅的拟合曲线线性相关系数和检测精确度明显更优。[结论]研究表明,高分辨率光谱仪能显著提高LIBS检测奶粉中Cr元素的精确性,说明随着LIBS核心器件性能的提高,LIBS技术应用于食品重金属的快速检测具有一定的可行性。

摘  要:
[Objective] Infant milk powder polluted in lab was chosen as the target aiming at exploring the feasibility of LIBS in determination of food safety.[Method]In order to improve the precision and accuracy of analysis,LIBS spectra of samples were collected by use of spectrometer integrated with ICCD and three resolution gratings.[Result] The results showed that the average relative standard deviation( RSD) of LIBS intensity is below 10%. The results of quantitative analysis demonstrated that the linear correlation coefficient R2 of fitting curves are 0. 248 87,0. 903 12,0. 992 81 respectively in three gratings. And the relative error between true value and the average of prediction values are 38. 23%,8. 84%,7. 43%,respectively.[Conclusion] This work investigated that the accuracy of prediction can be improved by spectrometer with high resolution. With the development of LIBS instruments,it is promising to detect heavy metals in food.
