劳务派遣用工方式在农业科研单位的实践与思考

摘  要:
劳务派遣是我国改革开放后引入的一种用工形式。文章通过对劳务派遣概念的理解,分析了农业科研单位在实行劳务派遣用工方式中表现出的便捷人事管理、用工方式灵活等优势,介绍了农业科研单位在实行劳务派遣用工中的具体经验和做法,剖析了农业科研单位在实行劳务派遣用工实践中存在的问题,并提出了农业科研单位需要在提升劳务派遣者主人翁意识、注重劳务派遣者的成长和使用等方面加强对劳务派遣人员管理的建议。

摘  要:
The labor dispatching is one of the employment ways introduced to our country after the reform and opening up.After the connotation of labor dispatching was discussed,the convenient human resource management,flexible employment ways and other advantages were analyzed in the paper.Actual experiences and mains of labor dispatching in agricultural scientific research institutes were informed.Problems were discussed and suggestions for strengthening labor dispatching management in agricultural scientific research institutes were proposed,such as promoting the master awareness,paying more attention to the growth and use of the dispatched workers,etc.
