分散农户对农药残留认知的研究——以江苏无锡、南通、淮安为例

摘  要：
农药残留始终是困扰农产品安全的重大问题。在城乡居民对农产品安全供给的关注度不断提升的背景下,探究农户对农药残留认知,引导农户科学、规范地施用农药,在源头上保障农产品安全供给具有重要意义。江苏无锡、南通、淮安的241个农药施用者参与了农药残留认知情况的调查,研究表明,农户对农药残留的认知总体上尚有待于进一步提高,且三地区农户的认知程度与其经济发展水平的层次相一致。

摘  要：
Agri-food safety has always been plagued by pesticide residues.With concerns about the safe supply of agri-food had been increased both urban and rural residents,it was particularly important to explore pesticide residues perceptions of farmers,and guided them to apply pesticides scientifically and regularly,then attempted to protect the safe supply of agri-food initially.Current perceptions on pesticide residues of 241 farmers as the subject of pesticide application were investigated by questionnaires in Wuxi,Nantong,Huai'an of Jiangsu Province.Overall,farmers perceptions on pesticide residue need further enhancement,and the level of perceptions is consistent with that of economic development.
