摘 要：
针对自动变速器生产过程特点,充分应用现代光、机、电和计算机信息技术,研制了一种专门用于AMT变速器加载/卸载试验的一体化智能测试装置,实现了AMT变速器自动静态自学习、动态自学习、自动按给定程序完成标准规定的项目测试。开发了具有转速、转矩及功率可控的全闭环反馈控制系统。该装置具有操作简单、测试速度快、控制精度高等特点,已经得到广泛应用。

摘 要：
According to the characteristics of the production process for the automatic transmission,making full use of modern optical,mechanical,electrical and computer information technologies,the equipment was developed specifically for AMT transmission of a load/unload test,to achieve the AMT transmission automatic static self-learning,dynamic self-learning,the program was given automatically to test the standard requirements of the project;It was a closed-loop feedback control system with speed,torque and power-controlled.The equipment has the characteristics of simple operation,fast test,high accuracy controlling,and has been extensively applied.
