桑褐斑病叶的营养成分变化及对家蚕的健康效应分析

摘  要:
[目的]明确桑褐斑病叶营养成分的变化及对家蚕健康的影响.[方法]在桑褐斑病暴发季节,采集健康桑叶和感病桑叶,测定其营养成分的含量,并结合养蚕试验分析桑褐斑病叶对家蚕生长发育的影响.[结果]感病桑叶中的粗蛋白、粗纤维、总糖、可溶性还原糖、氨基酸总量的含量显著下降,粗灰分和矿质元素(除P含量降低外)的含量极显著增加.养蚕生物试验表明,被害叶对家蚕的虫蛹统一生命率、幼虫体重、幼虫期和消化吸收率影响较大,但对茧质的影响不明显.[结论]桑叶感染桑褐斑病后对桑叶的营养成分和家蚕的健康影响较大,因此,对褐斑病普遍发生的蚕区应合理计划采叶,避免在褐斑病危害严重时才用叶.

摘  要:
【Objective】 The study aimed to clarify the changes of nutritional components of mulberry leaf spot and the effects on the health of silkworm.【Method】 The healthy mulberry leaves and the diseased mulberry leaves were collected in the outbreak season of mulberry brown spot disease. The contents of nutritional components were determined, and the effect of mulberry leaf spot on silkworm was analyzed by sericulture test.【Result】 Results showed that the contents of crude protein, crude fiber, total sugar,solubility sugar, amino acides of disease mulberry leaves were significantly lower than that of health mulberry, while crude ash and mineral elements(except P)increased remarkably. The biological experiment of silkworm rearing showed that the affected leaves had a great influence on the uniform life rate, larva weight, larval stage and digestive absorption rate of the insect pupa in home, but had no obvious effect on cocoon quality. 【Conclusion】 Mulberry leaves infected with mulberry brown spot disease have a great impact on the nutritional components of mulberry leaves and the health of bombyx mori. Therefore, in silkworm areas where brown spot disease is common, it is necessary to plan harvesting leaf reasonably and avoid using diseased leaves when brown spot disease is serious.
