四种菊酯农药微胶囊剂生产工艺研究

摘  要:
研究4种拟除虫菊酯溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯农药微胶囊的加工新工艺,主要理化性质测定方法和释放率。4种菊酯微胶囊的平均直径分别为9.8、14.5、9.3、9.6(μm);悬浮率分别为94.65%,81.78%,82.24%,86.72%。与乳油相比,性质稳定,并具有恒定的释放作用。试验表明,4种菊酯农药微胶囊的生产工艺简便,产品质量稳定。这一技术适用于多种农药微胶囊的加工生产。

摘  要:
Studies were carried out to determine the release rates and chief physico-chemical properties of decamethrin, fenvalerate, cypermethrin and permethrin pesticide microcapsules, and their new processing techniques as well. The average diameter of these four microcapsules' pores are 9. 8, 14. 5, 9. 3, and 9. 6 μm, and their suspensibility rates are 94. 65%, 81. 78%, 82. 24% and 86. 72% respectively. They are imbued with stable properties and constant release rates as compared with emulsifiable concentrate. Experiment results indicate that they are easy to operate and their quality remains stable. The processing techniques are suitable for the production of different kinds of pesticide microcapsules.
