8种谷类食物中矿质元素的测定分析

摘 要:
采用微波密闭消解法处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了大米、小米、黑米、高粱米等8种谷物中的15种矿质元素的含量。结果表明,这8种谷物中均含有对人体有益的Ca、K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、B、Mo等元素,不同的谷类食物中矿质元素的含量存在一定的差异;对比研究发现作为药食两用的薏仁米矿质元素含量较丰富,玉米中元素矿物含量相对较少。加标回收实验证明ICP-AES法测定元素的相对标准偏差RSD小于5.00%,方法简单、准确度高,且可同时测定多种元素,环境污染小。

摘 要:
15 elements in 8 cereals were measured by microwave digestion and inductively coupled argon plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES) in this study. The results showed that cereals was a good source of Ca,K,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,B,Mo and so on,while the content of each individual material in different cereal were also different. The content of mineral elements was rich in Coix chinensis Tod.,while that was relatively less in maize. This method is easy and rapid for operation with highly sensitive and accurate,and could be used for determining many elements simultaneously. The relative standard deviation of this ICP-AES approach is below 5%.
