4种杀虫剂对茶棍蓟马的防效及其在茶树上的残留动态

摘  要:
为筛选出防治茶棍蓟马安全高效的化学杀虫剂应用于生产,选择30%溴虫腈悬浮剂、25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂、3%噻虫啉微囊悬浮剂和5%联苯菊酯乳油4种化学杀虫剂,采用静电喷雾器喷施,施用剂量为20g/667m2,研究其药后不同时间对茶棍蓟马的防效及其在茶树上的残留消解动态。结果表明:在4种药剂的施用剂量下,溴虫腈和联苯菊酯的原始沉积量未超过欧盟的MRL标准;噻虫嗪和噻虫啉药后第3天的残留量达欧盟MRL标准;4种药剂的消解动态符合一级动力学方程,其半衰期分别为4.16d、4.10d、3.42d和3.16d。根据药效及其残留消解动态结果,综合药剂对蜂类毒性及欧盟禁用农药情况,溴虫腈和联苯菊酯可用于欧标茶基地防治茶棍蓟马,20g/667m2施用剂量下的安全间隔期为7d。

摘  要:
The control effect of four pesticides(30% Chlorfenapyr SC,25% Thiamethoxam WDG,3% Thiacloprid ASC and 5% Bifenthrin EC)against Dendrothrips minowai in different days after spraying was studied and the pesticide residue and degradation dynamics in tea was analyzed to screen out safe and efficiency chemical pesticides against D.minowai in tea production.Result:Under 20g/667m2 application dosage,the initial residues of Chlorfenapyr and Bifenthrin in tea does not exceed EU MRL standard but the initial residues of Thiamethoxam and Thiacloprid exceed EU MRL standard in three days after spraying.The degradation dynamics of four pesticides accords with the first-order kinetic equation.The half-life period of Chlorfenapyr,Thiamethoxam,Thiacloprid and Bifenthrin is 4.16 d,4.10 d,3.42 dand 3.16 d respectively.Chlorfenapyr and Bifenthrin can be used for control of D.minowai in tea production bases with European standard according to pesticide effect,pesticide degradation dynamics,toxicity of pesticides to bees and banned pesticides in EU.The safety interval of Chlorfenapyr and Bifenthrin is 7dunder 20g/667m2 application dosage.
