摘  要:
介绍了将小型汽油机改造为两用燃料发动机使用的一体式比例混合器的结构与工作原理。台架试验表明 ,应用新研制的混合器使两用燃料发动机在使用汽油燃料时发动机的性能与原机一致 ;使用 L PG燃料时发动机的动力性与原机相当 ,经济性明显改善 ,HC和 CO排放大幅度降低 ,但稳态 NOx 排放恶化。怠速排放优于北京市地方排放法规的限值。

摘  要:
The construction and working principle of an integrated proportional fuel air mixer carburetor developed by authors for a gasoline and LPG small dual fuel SI engine were introduced. The engine dynamometer test showed that the developed dual fuel engine fueled with gasoline by a new developed mixer carburetor kept equivalent performance to a prototype gasoline engine. The engine fueled with LPG gave the similar power output and better fuel economy than the prototype gasoline engine. LPG operation of the engine emitted much less CO and HC pollutants than it did with gasoline, but NO x emission is higher. The HC and CO emissions from LPG engine at idle speed appear are well below the Beijing regulated limits for a 4 cycle motorcycle engine.
