摘 要:
Three new species of genus Scotomedes Stal from China are described this paper: Scotomedes doesburgi Ren, sp. nov, Scotomedes guangxiensis, Ren, sp. nov. and Scotomedes yunnanensis Ren, sp. nov. The male genitalia and other features are illustrated (figs. 1-30). The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Nankai University , P. R. China. The new species are diagnosed as follows. Scotomedes doesburgi Ren, sp. nov. (figs. 1-9) Scotomedes alienus (Distant) :Hsiao,1964, Acts Zootaxonomica Sinica 1(2):287-289〔 nec (Distant ) 1904, misidentification〕. Male body length 9.8mm, width of body 4.4mm.( including fore wing). Abdominal width 3.6mm , length 3.8mm (not including hemelytron). Length of pronotum 1.7mm, width of between anterior angles 0.9mm, width of between lateral angles 3.1mm. Apical margin of male genitalia, conspicuous convex rounded. Aedeagus as shown in fig.7. Paramere with a process on near base, anterior port long , apex point. This new species is similar to Scotomedes alienus Stal in appearance, body color and pale markings of fore wing, but differs in the following characters: apical part of paramere, narrow longer, pointed end sharp , its subbasal part with a process; shape and sclerotic structure of aedeagus , different. Etymology: Named for Prof. P. H. Van Doesburg. Holotype: male, Si'mao County (22.48 (N, 100.58 (E , altitude 1200m), Yunnan Province, China, IV.13. 1955. РЫЖкаОВСКИЙ, leg Scotomedes guangxiensis, Ren, sp. nov. (figs. 10-14) Body black, male length 11.1mm, width 4.5mm ( including fore wing), width of abdomen 3.5mm. length head 2.0mm, width 1.4mm, vertex width 0.6mm; Length of antennal segments I: II: III: IV = 0.55: 1.70: 1.10: 1.10mm. Length of pronotum 1.8mm, width of between anterior angles 1.10mm, width of between lateral angles 3.3mm. Length of hemelytron 7.2mm, beyond apex of abdomen 1.1mm. Apical margin of male genitalia in undulatory. The new species allied to Scotomedes alienus Stal in appearance and coloration, but body larger in size , paramere long and curved, like knife shaped, apical half part longer; a small process on subbasal part; sclerotic structure of aedeagus conspicuous different. Holotype: male, Na'po County (23.24( N, 105.51( E, altitude 1440m), Guangxi Province, China, IV.5. 1999, Wu Chun-sheng , leg. Etymology: Named for the type locality in the Guangxi Province.. Scotomedes yunnanensis Ren, sp. nov. (figs.15-22) Body fuscous, antennae pale chestnut colour, hemelytra with three pale patches on costal margin. Body length of male 8.0mm, width of body 3.9mm(including fore wing). Abdominal width 2.5mm, Length of head 1.4mm, width 1.2mm; Length of antennal segments I: II = 0.55: 1.4mm ( apical segments missing), second segment long and slender, with a conspicuous seta situated on 0.4mm part from apex; length of pronotum 1.9mm; width of between lateral angles 2.7mm. Hemelytron length 5.4mm, membrane shorter, beyond apex of abdomen 0.5mm. Scent -gland peritreme of metathoracic pleuron, slightly curved. Male genitalia as shown in figs. 22, 28; paramere shorter, nearly apical with two produces on exterior lateral margin. The new species closely resemble Scotomedes deosburgi sp. nov. in body form and general coloration , but can be easily distinguished by paramere shorter, with two processes on subapical, apical part nearly flat on surface, . Holotype: male, Ying'jiang County (24.41( N, 97.56( E, altitude,1300m ), Yunnan Province, China, IV.13. 1980, Song Si-mei, leg. Etymology: Named for the type locality in the Yunnan Province.Ackowledgements: The auther is grateful to Prof. P. H. Van Doesburg, National Naturhistorisch Museum, The Netherland, for his helpful on reprints of Heteroptera.
