从研究电动轿车电机空载损耗的必要性入手,对电机系统空载损耗原理进行了分析,介绍了空载损耗的试验方法,举例测试了不同方案电机带与不带控制器的空载损耗大小,并加以了对比分析,最后总结了电动轿车电机空载损耗的判定标准,对电动轿车电驱动系统的选型及匹配设计具有极其重要的意义。

The need to study the no-load loss of the electric car's motor is firstly described, then the principle of no-load loss is analyzed, the test method of no-load loss is introduced, the data of the no-load loss testing from different type motors with and without controller is enumerated and analyzed, finally the criteria of no-load loss of the electric car's motor is concluded. It has an extremely important significance for the drive motor's matching design of the electric car.
