北京市东城区犬只饲养管理情况调研

摘  要：
[目的]了解辖区居民对宠物犬喂养的基本情况及对宠物传播疾病的认识,掌握辖区宠物犬养殖环节的动物防疫风险。[方法]选择北京市东城区10家免疫定点单位,遵循自愿原则,采取便利抽样,由宠物犬主人自行填写调查问卷。[结果]被调查者以21~40岁的青年人群为主,占总数的58.36%;辖区内主要饲养小型犬,占调查犬总数的77.30%;56.74%的饲养者在幼犬3月龄时为其进行首次狂犬病灭活疫苗注射;90.94%以上的受访者会在日常饲养中定期为宠物进行狂犬病免疫;88.34%的饲养者会选择携带患病犬前往动物医院就医;76.47%的畜主带犬外出时为犬佩戴免疫标识或将标识随身携带;78.08%的饲养者对于《北京市动物防疫条例》的相关规定有一定的了解。[结论]辖区犬只饲养者具有较高的免疫管理水平,掌握了一定的动物疫病知识,但对于相关政策法规及专业知识,缺乏科学全面的认识。因此,在日后工作中要加大狂犬病防控的宣传力度,加强对宠物市场的监督管理和对饲养者的专业指导。

摘  要：
[Objective] To recognize the basic situation of pet dogs raising in Dongcheng district and the public′s cognition about diseases spreading by pets,so as to have a good grasp of the risk of animal epidemic prevention.[Methods] Choosing 10 fixed-point immunization units in Dongcheng district of Beijing city,in compliance with the principle of free will for convenience sampling. Pet dog owners need to fill out the questionnaire by themselves. [Results] The respondents were mainly at the age of 21~40,accounting for 58.36% of the total number of people. Small-size dogs were more popular for owners,occupying 77.30%. When the pet dogs were 3 months old,55.74% of the owners would take them to be inoculated with rabies vaccines for the first time,and over 90.94% of the respondents gave their pet dogs routine vaccination in daily life. If the dogs got disease,88.34% of the raisers would go to the animal hospitals. Besides,when taking dogs out,76.47% of them would let their dogs wear the"vaccination"tags or carry the tags with them. The rate of owners who have some knowledge of the Regulation on Animal Epidemic Prevention in Beijing was 78.08%. [Conclusion] Pet dog owners in Dongcheng district possessed a relatively high management level of immunization and mastered certain knowledge of animal diseases,but they were lack of comprehensive cognition of the related policies,laws and regulations,as well as the professional knowledge. In view of this situation,3 issues were given,including strengthening advocacy campaign,intensifying supervision and management for the markets,and providing professional guidance for raisers.
