隐形眼镜护理液在带鱼保鲜中的应用

摘  要:
为了延长带鱼的货架期,以未处理的带鱼和用大蒜汁液处理的带鱼为对照组,在(4±1)℃的冷藏温度下,采用隐形眼镜护理液对带鱼进行保鲜试验。以感官评分、pH值、细菌总数、挥发性盐基氮值(total volatilebase nitrogen,TVB-N)为指标,观察带鱼冷藏过程中的品质变化。结果发现,隐形眼镜护理液有良好的抑菌保鲜效果,冷藏储存5d时,带鱼的TVB-N值为23mg/100g,冷藏储存5d时,带鱼的细菌总数为5.33lgCFU/g,且能较好地维持带鱼的感官品质,可以为带鱼保鲜提供一定的参考。

摘  要:
Preservation effect of contact lens care solution on hairtail stored under 4±1℃ was investigated to extend the shelf life of the hairtail,and hairtail without treatment and pretreatment with garlic extract were used as the control group.Quality changes of the hairtail were detected by using sensory scores,pH,total variable count,TVB-N as indicators.It was observed that contact lens care solution exhibited good preservation effect.On the 5th storage day,TVB-N value of 23mg/100g was obtained,while total variable count of 5.33 lgCFU/g was detected.Meanwhile,sensory scores maintained relatively high values,which could provide some reference for the preservation of the hairtail.
