县级尺度下耕地碳收支区域差异与公平性——以江苏省为例

摘  要:
耕地既是碳源也是碳汇。针对县级尺度,采用排放系数法、参数估算法、基尼系数法,探究江苏省2000—2020年耕地碳收支区域差异及公平性。结果表明:(1)江苏省耕地碳排放总体呈“快速下降—波动上升—平缓下降”3阶段变化趋势,化肥和稻谷是最主要碳源,农用柴油和农业灌溉的比重在不断上升。空间上沭阳县、射阳县、兴化市、东海县、泗洪县碳排放位居前五。(2)江苏省耕地碳吸收总体呈“波动下降—波动上升—平缓上升”3阶段变化趋势,粮食作物和蔬菜瓜果是最主要碳汇。空间上沭阳县、东台市、东海县、兴化市、射阳县碳吸收位居前五。(3)各县级单位耕地碳排放经济和生态系数差异明显,前者为“南北高、中间低”的分布格局,后者为“西北东南斜线高、周边低”的分布格局。总的来看,江苏省各县级单位耕地碳收支差异较大,需根据实际情况制定和分配减排指标。

摘  要:
Cultivated land is both a carbon source and a carbon sink. For the county-level scale, the emission coefficient method, parameter estimation method and Gini coefficient method were used to explore the regional differences and equity of cultivated land carbon budget in Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2020. The results showed that:(1) The carbon emission of cultivated land in Jiangsu Province generally showed a three-stage change trend of “rapid decline-fluctuating rise-gentle decline”. Fertilizers and rice were the primary carbon sources, and the proportion of agricultural diesel and irrigation was increasing. In terms of space, Shuyang County, Sheyang County, Xinghua City, Donghai County and Sihong County ranked the top five in terms of carbon emissions.(2) The carbon absorption of cultivated land in Jiangsu Province generally showed a three-stage change trend of “fluctuation decline-fluctuation increase-smooth increase”, and grain crops, vegetables and fruits were the most important carbon sinks. Shuyang County, Dongtai City, Donghai County, Xinghua City, and Sheyang County ranked in the top five in carbon absorption.(3) The economic and ecological coefficients of Arable land carbon emissions vary significantly among county-level units. The former is a distribution pattern of “high in the north and south and low in the middle”, while the latter is a distribution pattern of “high in the northwest-southeast slash and low in the surrounding areas”. In general, the carbon budget of each county-level unit in Jiangsu Province varies greatly, and emission reduction targets need to be formulated and allocated according to the actual situation.
