超声辅助水代法提取芍药籽油工艺

摘  要:
芍药籽油GC-MS分析显示,芍药籽油中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,在化学成分上与牡丹籽油类似,具有重要的研究开发价值。通过单实验因素和Box-Behnken实验设计及响应面分析法,对超声提辅助水代法提取工艺进行优化,得出的最佳工艺条件为超声时间为56min,温度为54℃,液料比8:1(m L/g),超声功率885W,在此条件下芍药籽籽出油率为27.99%。与理论最优提取条件下芍药籽出油率为28.00%理论预测值符合较好,方法有一定的利用价值。

摘  要:
An analysic of GC-MS in paeonia seed oil indicates that paeonia seed oil contains abundant unsaturated fatty acid which is similar to the peony seed oil in terms of chemical compositions and it has an important value in research and development. In the paper,single-factor experiment,Box-Behnken experimental design and Response Surface Analysis( RSA) are used to water extraction method,the best process conditions of the former and the latter are determined. The utrasonic time of the former is 56 min,utrasonic temperature is 54℃,utrasonic power is 885 W,the yield efficiency of paeonia seed is 27. 99%. Under the optimal extraction conditions,the oil yield of the peony seed is 28%,which is in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.
