茭白品种间黑粉菌部分生物学特性

摘  要:
以蒋墅茭和葑红早田间自然分化形成的灰茭为试验材料,在探索黑粉菌适宜培养条件的基础上,比较了上述2个品种茭白黑粉菌部分生物学特性的差异。结果发现:茭白黑粉菌在PSA及Zcapek培养基、pH值5~6条件下生长速率较高,适宜温度因不同品种内黑粉菌而不同、与肉质茎膨大的适宜温度基本吻合;不同茭白品种的黑粉菌及其不同培养形态之间,其主要矿质元素的原子百分比存在差异,培养菌落分泌的激素含量不同;在相同温度下连续多次培养,两个茭白品种黑粉菌的生长速率均呈增加趋势,但品种间差异有所缩小。

摘  要:
Chlamydospores of Ustilago esculenta in zizania gall were collected from two varieties of Zizania latifolia,Jiangshu and Fenghongzao.The differences of parts of biological characteristics were compared under feasible conditions were investigated after culturing Ustilago esculenta in medium.The results showed that progenitive velocity of Ustilago esculenta was high in PSA and Zcapek medium(pH value 5~6).But suitable temperatures for spore reproduction varied with the Zizania latifolia cultivars,and accorded with the temperatures for gall swelling.Contents of endogenous hormone excreted from thalli in the medium of spores from different cultivars,and atom percentage of main mineral elements differed among different configurations and Zizania latifolia cultivars.Progenitive velocity of spores from different cultivars increased and their difference decreased after continuously culturing under same conditions.
