摘 要:
为比较1~42日龄肉鸡低钙低磷日粮中1α-羟基维生素D3(1α-OH-D3)和维生素D3(VD3)的相对生物学效价,将350只1日龄罗斯308肉鸡公雏随机分为7个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复10只。设计7种日粮,在基础日粮(钙0.50%,非植酸磷0.25%)中分别添加4个水平(2.5、5、10和20μg/kg)V_(D3)和3个水平(1.25、2.5和5μg/kg)1α-OH-D_3。斜率比法测定1α-OH-D3与VD3的相对生物学效价。结果显示:以1~42日龄肉鸡体增重和采食量为评价指标,1α-OH-D_3生物学效价分别是VD3的3.99和3.85倍;以胫骨强度、重量、长度和灰分重量为评价指标,1α-OH-D_3生物学效价分别是V_(D3)的6.02、4.36、3.68和4.39倍;以股骨强度、重量、长度和灰分重量为评价指标,1α-OH-D_3生物学效价分别是VD3的4.47、3.81、3.81和4.24倍;以跖骨强度、重量、长度和灰分重量为评价指标,1α-OH-D_3生物学效价分别是VD3的3.34、4.43、4.41和4.30倍。表明在1~42日龄肉鸡低钙低磷日粮中,以生长性能和骨骼矿化指标综合评价,1α-OH-D_3的生物学效价约为VD3的4.22倍。

摘 要:
This study aimed at comparing the relative bioavailability(RBV)of 1α-hydroxycholecalciferol(1α-OH-D_3)to cholecalciferol(V_(D3))in 1 to 42 days of age broiler chicks fed with calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)deficient diets.350 1-day-age male Ross 308 broilers were randomly assigned to 7 treatments,each treatment had 5 replicates and10 broilers per replicate. Four levels of VD3(2.5,5,10 and 20 μg/kg)and three levels of 1α-OH-D_3(1.25,2.5 and5 μg/kg)were added to basal diet. The basal diet contained 0.50% Ca and 0.25% non-phytate phosphorus,without VD3.The RBV of 1α-OH-D_3 to V_(D3)was determined by the slope ratio method. Using body weight gain and feed intake as criteria,the RBV of 1α-OH-D_3 to V_(D3)were 3.99 and 3.85,respectively. Using tibia breaking-strength,weight,length,and ash weight as criteria,the RBV of 1α-OH-D_3 to V_(D3)were 6.02,4.36,3.68 and 4.39. Using femur breaking-strength,weight,length,and ash weight as criteria,the RBV of 1α-OH-D3 to VD3were 4.47,3.81,3.81 and 4.24. Using metatarsus breaking-strength,weight,length,and ash weight as criteria,the RBV of 1α-OH-D_3 to V_(D3)were 3.34,4.43,4.41 and4.30. These data indicated that the RBV of 1α-OH-D_3 to V_(D3)was 4.22 in promoting growth performance and bone mineralization in broilers from 1 to 42 days of age.
