新冠疫情给高校形势与政策课建设发展带来机遇,也对形势与政策课教师的素质提出了更高的要求。结合疫情赋予形势与政策课特殊价值入手,阐述形势与政策课程回应时代需要,发挥,特殊作用;并进一步论述了形势与政策课教师在特殊时期应具备的独特素质,包括高度的政治敏锐性、超越自我的非凡勇气、高超的新媒体信息化教学水平、驾驭多领域复杂问题的能力。

摘  要：
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought opportunities for the construction and development of situation and policy courses in colleges and universities, and also put forward higher requirements for the quality of situation and policy teachers. The article starts with the special significance given to the situation and policy course by the epidemic, and elaborates the special role that the situation and policy course needs to play in response to the times. It further discusses the unique qualities that situation and policy teachers should possess in a special period, including a high degree of political acumen, extraordinary courage to surpass oneself, superb teaching level of new media informatization, and the ability to handle complex problems in multiple fields.
