摘  要：
【目的】了解新疆地区BVDV毒株的生物型和基因型。【方法】采集新疆石河子和伊犁地区疑似感染病毒性腹泻-黏膜病病毒牛的新鲜粪便174份,应用RT-PCR方法对其进行检测,将检测结果为阳性的样品接种于MDBK细胞上培养,电镜观察,测定毒价,使用RT-PCR方法对细胞培养物进行鉴定,并提取质粒进行测序,对结果分析。【结果】该毒株可使MDBK细胞发生病变,扩增出一条286 bp目的片段,经同源性和遗传进化分析,确定为BVDV-1型毒株。【结论】分离到一株BVDV-1型新疆毒株,可使MDBK细胞发生病变,病毒粒子直径约为20~40 nm,毒株TCID5010-4.5/0.1 m L。

摘  要：
【Objective】In order to understand the biological and genotype BVDV strains in Xinjiang.【Method】174 fresh feces that were suspected to be infected the bovine viral diarrhea virus- mucosal disease virus from the cattle of Shihezi and Yili in Xinjiang were cellected. They were detected by RT- PCR,and the positive samples were inoculated to MDBK cells and examined by electron microscope. After that,the poison effect was determined. RT- PCR method was used to identify the cell culture and plasmid was extracted to examine the sequence and analyze the result.【Result】The strains could make the MDBK cells diseased,amplify a 286 bp gene. The analysis of homology and genetic evolution showed that the strain was BVDV- 1.【Conclusion】A strain of BVDV- 1 was isolated in Xinjiang,which could make the MDBK prone to disease. The diameter of the virus particle was about 20- 40 nm,and the TCID50 was 10- 4. 5/0. 1 m L.
