摘  要：
风险因素是动物疫病风险分析中必须考虑的重要因素,论文依据H7N9流感人间病例、相关文献及兽医学知识,以导致人类与家禽感染H7N9流感病毒或接触带有H7N9流感病毒的动物产品而发病或死亡定义风险因素,并对人类和家禽感染H7N9流感病毒的风险因素做整理和分析。搜寻出4项人感染H7N9流感主要风险因素及10项家禽在市场环节感染H7N9流感主要风险因素。经比较分析,活禽市场在H7N9流感病毒于人间及禽间传播过程中起到关键作用。因此,提高活禽市场的生物安全水平并在活禽市场环节做好H7N9流感防控措施,是有效预防并控制H7N9流感疫病的基础。同时,研究H7N9流感病毒感染人类及禽类风险因素,为开展H7N9流感风险分析,切实保障家禽健康与维护公共卫生安全提供一定理论基础与辅助作用。

摘  要：
Risk factors are important factors that must be considered in animal disease risk analysis.Based on human cases of avian influenza A(H7N9)infections,related articles and defined the morbidity or mortality in humans and poultry infected with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus or in contact with animal products carrying H7N9 influenza virus as risk factors,we organized and analyzed risk factors for humans and poultry infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)viruses.This article sought out four major risk factors for avian influenza A(H7N9)infections in human and 10 major risk factors for avian influenza A(H7N9)infection in poultry markets.After a comparative analysis,we found that live poultry markets played a key role in the spread of avian influenza A(H7N9)virus among human and poultry.Therefore,raising the level of bio-safety in live poultry markets and implementing control measures of avian influenza A(H7N9)in live poultry markets were the basis for effectively preventing and controlling avian influenza A(H7N9).At the same time,researching risk factors of human and poultry infected with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus provided a theoretical basis and auxiliary significance in carrying out avian influenza A(H7N9)risk analysis,effectively protecting the health of poultry and maintaining public health security.
