摘  要：
通过1年驻村扶贫工作实践,分析溪边村劳动力、农业产业特点和存在的问题,在加强党组织建设、推进实事工程、助力农村经济发展、帮扶贫困户等方面取得初步成效。同时提出了溪边村进一步发展的思考,包括:培养年轻骨干力量,做好村级党建工作;因地制宜,推进特色种养;项目带动,壮大村集体经济。

摘  要：
Through the practice of staying at village and poverty alleviation for one year,the labor force,the characters of agricultural industry and exiting problems in Xibian Villiage were analyzed,and has achieved preliminary success in strengthening the construction of the party organization,promoting the actual project,improving the development of the rural economy and helping the poor.At the same time,some considerations on the further development of Xibian Villiage were put forward,including cultivating young backbone to do well the work of party construction at the village level,promoting the characteristic breeding under local conditions,project driving to strengthen the collective economy of the village.
