在分析电子商务人才需求的基础上,提出了基于理工科院校平台的电子商务人才培养目标、指导思想和核心能力。针对电子商务专业固有的特点,探讨该专业核心能力的创新性培养模式、知识体系框架和创新能力培养方法。

摘  要:
The demand for qualified professional of E-commerce was analyzed.Based on the the science and technology college platform,the training target and the guiding idea for cultivating qualified professional majoring in E-commerce and the key ability of such person demanded were proposed in this paper.Focusing the innate characteristics and the advantage of this specialty,the creative cultivation mode,the frame of the knowledge system and the method of developing the innovation ability were discussed.
