不同处理对天目琼花扦插繁殖的影响

摘  要：
以天目琼花半木质化插穗为试材,分别用吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)以及两者相同浓度按1∶1比例混合液(IBA+NAA)采用正交试验设计处理,研究天目琼花的扦插生根能力。结果表明:IBA+NAA(1∶1)、200mg·L-1浓度处理以及2h处理时间的综合评价远好于其它处理,生根效果最佳。采用IBA+NAA(1∶1)200mg·L-1浓度处理2h的插穗不定根出现最早,扦插后9d即可生根,且不定根的数量、生根率及生根指数最高,分别为33条、87.8%和162.26。

摘  要：
Taking semi-lignified cuttings of Viburnum sargentii Koehne as test materials to conduct the orthogonal experiment with indolebutyric acid(IBA),rootone(NAA)and the mixed liquid of IBA and NAA of the same concentration at the ratio of one to one to study the cutting rooting ability.The results showed:comprehensive evaluation of sample treated with IBA+ NAA(1:1),concentration of 200mg﹒ L-1 and 2hfor processing time was much better than the sample with other treatments and the rooting effect was the best.Adventitious root of the rooting cutting under the same condition appeared at the earliest,rooting occurred after 9dof cutting.Also the number of adventitious root,rooting rate and rooting index with 33,87.8%,and 162.26 respectively were the highest.
