人工光植物工厂生产成本构成和经济效益分析

摘  要:
人工光植物工厂作为技术高度密集、资源高效利用的现代农业生产方式,在日本、美国、韩国、中国及北欧一些国家和地区正迅速发展并逐渐形成产业。在世界人口不断增长,资源和环境问题日益突出,环保意识和食品安全受到高度重视的今天,植物工厂风潮的兴起是顺天应人,但植物工厂较高的投资成本与运行成本使得产品售价偏高。因此,阐述了发展植物工厂的意义,剖析了人工光植物工厂的基本组成要素和生产成本构成,分析了植物工厂的经济效益,针对植物工厂面临的问题,提出了提高其经济效益的对策和途径。

摘  要:
Due to highly intensive techniques and efficient utilization of resources, plant factory with artificial light as a modern agricultural production mode is developing rapidly and building up a new industry in Japan, the United States,South Korea, China, and some northern European countries and other areas. Nowadays, the world is facing problems on resources and environment under growing population with increasing importance of food safety and environmental protection consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary to develop plant factory for producing high-quality foods effectively,improving the quality of life. However, the price of products from plant factory is high because of high investment and operation costs. This paper discusses the significance of developing plant factory, describes the basic elements and configuration of plant factory with artificial light, and analyzes the production costs and economic benefits. Facing the problems in the plant factory, the countermeasure and the way to increase the economic benefit is also discussed in this paper.
