摘 要：
【目的】分析露地栽培与温室栽培方式下甜瓜新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试(简称DUS测试)性状差异,以提高甜瓜新品种DUS测试结果的可靠性和准确性,为授予甜瓜新品种权提供科学依据和数据支持。【方法】设置露地栽培和温室栽培对比试验,按照甜瓜新品种DUS测试指南性状及观测方法,分析两种栽培方式下性状表达的差异。【结果】甜瓜新品种DUS测试目测性状中,子叶绿色程度、叶片泡状、叶片波状程度、果皮复色、果皮复色分布和果皮木栓组织密度等6个性状在两种栽培方式下存在差异;在甜瓜新品种DUS测试测量性状中,叶片宽度、下胚轴长度、果实横切面果肉厚度和叶柄长度等4个性状在两种栽培方式下测量数值存在差异。【结论】在筛选近似品种时,需要了解申请品种描述信息来自于露地栽培还是温室栽培,对于目测性状,谨慎使用上述6个性状从品种库中排除那些不能作为近似品种的品种,而测量性状可分别设置露地和温室栽培数值范围与表达状态代码对应,使品种在性状描述上保持一致。

摘 要：
【Objective】In order to support the granting of Plant Breeders Rights(PBR) and improve the veracity and reliability of the DUS testing,the differences of characteristics between open cultivation and greenhouse cultivation were assessed in the distinctness,uniformity and stability testing(DUS testing) of melon varieties.【Method】According to the guidelines for the conduct of tests for distinctness,uniformity and stability-melon,comparing trial between open cultivation and greenhouse cultivation has been carried out to analyze the difference of the expression states in melon DUS testing.【Result】6 visual assessment characteristics(including green color of cotyledons,blistering of leaf blade,undulation of leaf blade margin,secondary colors of fruit skin,distribution of secondary colors of fruit skin,density of pattern of fruit cork formation) expressed clear difference;4 measured characteristics(including width of leaf blade,hypocotyls length,petiole length,width of flesh in cross section) had clear difference in numerical value.【Conclusion】It is very important that if the description of candidate variety comes from open cultivation or greenhouse cultivation when selecting the similar varieties.Be careful in the 6 visual assessment characteristics so as not to exclude the reference varieties in the variety collections,while the description of measured characteristics can be harmonized between open cultivation and greenhouse cultivation by corresponding the value scale with the expression states.
