前铲入土角对分层深松土壤扰动的影响研究

摘  要:
前铲入土角是分层深松机设计的关键参数之一。本文以分层深松铲为研究对象,采用数字化土槽试验方法,研究不同前铲入土角对分层深松土壤扰动的影响。结果表明:(1)随着前铲入土角度的增大,分层深松的土壤坑形轮廓宽度随之减小;单铲深松的土壤坑形轮廓宽度大于前铲入土角度不同的分层深松;(2)当前铲入土角为15°时,分层深松铲的深松深度最小,当前铲入土角为31°时,分层深松铲的深松深度稳定性最大;(3)当前铲入土角为15°时,分层深松的土壤蓬松度最大,分层深松的地表平整性最差;当前铲入土角为31°时,分层深松的地表平整性最好。本研究可以为分层深松机前铲入土角的确定提供决策依据。

摘  要:
Penetration angle of front sub-soiling shovel is one of the key design parameters of layered subsoiler.Sub-soiling shovel of layered subsoiler was taken as the research object,and the effects of its penetration angle on soil disturbance were studied,by using digital soil-bin testing method.The results indicate that:Firstly,with the increase of penetration angle,the width of soil disturbance profile reduces gradually with layered subsoiling,which are all smaller than that with single shovel sub-soiling.Secondly,depth of layered subsoiling is the shallowest when penetration angle is 15°,and the best stability can be obtained when penetration angle is 31°.Thirdly,the biggest soil fill power and worst soil roughness are achieved when the penetration angle is 15°,and the best soil roughness can be achieved at the angle of 31°.This study can provide decision basis for determining the penetration angle of front layered sub-soiling shovel.
