洋白蜡不同家系苗期生长和生理特性的研究

摘  要:
为了解洋白蜡不同家系之间的生长和生理特性差异,进而为洋白蜡优良品种的选育和栽培提供科学理论依据,该文以洋白蜡10个家系为试材,对其1~3a生株高和地径生长,光合参数及叶绿素荧光参数进行了对比分析。结果表明:洋白蜡10个家系间的株高、地径、叶绿素含量、光合速率和最小荧光产量存在显著差异,而光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数无显著差异。运用隶属函数分析法对10个洋白蜡家系的株高和地径进行生长情况的综合评价排序为:家系7>家系1>家系2>家系9>家系3>家系10>家系5>家系4>家系6>家系8。家系7和家系1综合品质比其他家系的综合品质较好。

摘  要:
Growth and physiological characteristics of 10 Fraxinus pennsylvanica families were studied to provide a scientific basis for the breeding and cultivation. Plant height of 1~3 year and basal diameter,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured. There were significant difference in height,basal diameter,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and minimal fluorescence,but not in the other photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. Comprehensive evaluation of 10 Fraxinus pennsylvanica families was carried out in height and basal diameter by the method of membership function,the results were as follow: family 7> family 1> family 2> family 9> family 3> family 10> family 5> family 4> family 6>family 8. Family 7 and family 1 were selected as the excellent families.
