蛋白质水平对辣椒色素在红草金鱼体内沉积及鱼生长的影响

摘  要:
在饲料中添加13%的红辣椒粉作色素源,对红草金鱼分别投喂蛋白质含量为20.17%、26.47%、31.47%、36.20%和41.37%的人工配合饲料,每隔15 d测定一次红草金鱼鳍条和皮肤的色素吸光光度值,并同时进行体长和体重的测量,试验期间共测定三次。结果表明,投喂蛋白质水平为36.20%的饲料,红草金鱼鳍条和皮肤的色素吸光光度值最大,与其他蛋白质水平组差异显著(P<0.05);随着投喂时间延长,各组着色效果增加,同一蛋白质水平组之间差异显著(P<0.05);不同蛋白质水平对红草金鱼的生长有影响,但差异不显著。

摘  要:
Adding 13% of the red chilli powder in the feed,the crude protein content of the artificial feed was respectively 20.17%,26.47%,31.47%,36.20% and 41.37%.The optical density value of pigment in fin and skin was tested every 15 days,and length and weight measured at the same time for three times during the experiment.The results showed that in the same condition,the crude protein content of 36.20% obtained the maximum result,the pigment optical density of the fin and skin had very significant differences from the other groups(P<0.05);the results showed that with the prolonging of feeding time,the effect of deposition of chilli pigment increased,the difference between the groups of same protein level was significant(P<0.05);Different protein levels had effects on the growth of red Carassius aurutus,but the difference was not significant.
