基于免耕播种的玉米根茬物理机械特性分析

摘  要:
东北作为我国干旱半干旱垄作地区,年降雨量少、风沙大,实行保护性耕作是必然选择。但是垄作保护性耕作研究难度较大,现今缺少适用的免耕播种机。为此,通过对玉米根茬物理机械特性的测试,从农机与农艺相结合的角度,分析了玉米免耕破茬的技术要求,提出破茬犁刀选型的依据与设计的基本参数。

摘  要:
The ridge cropping system in northeast area of china is the arid and semi-arid area,annual rainfall of less,sandstorm big,implement conservation tillage is the will choose.But the conservation tillage of ridge cropping system present difficulty bigger,lack of applicable no-till planter.This article through to corn residue physical mechanical characteristics testing,from the angle of combining of agricultural machinery and agricultural,analysis of no-tillage broken corn residue technical requirements and puts forward the disc residue cutting coulter selection basis and the basic parameter according to design.
