摘 要：
洋白蜡卷叶绵蚜是近年来在我国快速传播的一种外来林业有害生物,仅见于美洲产白蜡树上,2014年在宁夏首次发现,对当地洋白蜡苗圃地造成了严重危害.利用林业有害生物风险分析指标体系和评判标准对其进行定性分析与定量评估,结果表明:该虫入侵宁夏的风险性R值为1.55,属中度危险的林业有害生物.在此基础上提出了洋白蜡卷叶绵蚜风险管理对策.

摘 要：
Prociphilus fraxinifolii was one of the alien forest pests in China, which had spread fast in recent years. It was just found on trees of American species of Fraxinus. In Ningxia the insect pest was firstly found in 2014, and it caused serious damage to nurseries for American species of Fraxinus. Based on the index system and standard of natural endowments of forestry harmful plants risk analysis, a pest risk analysis model had been established in this study. The results showed that the risk value R was 1.55, which belonged to a medium level of the dangerous insect pest in Ningxia. Based on the analysis results, management countermeasures for control of Prociphilus fraxinifolii were proposed.
