对列宁批判“超帝国主义论”的再认识

摘  要：
作为第二国际时期主要理论家之一的考茨基,在资本主义从自由竞争走向垄断的条件下提出了"超帝国主义论"。列宁以"垄断"为主线,运用马克思主义政治经济学的方法,在《帝国主义是资本主义的最高阶段》一书中对考茨基"超帝国主义论"展开了全面的批判。二战后,和平与发展成为世界的主题,资本主义也进入到了新阶段,我们有必要对考茨基的"超帝国主义论"进行再认识。

摘  要：
Kautsky,as one of the leading theorists in the period of the second international,had proposed "ultra-imperialism theory"under the condition when capitalism walked from free competition to monopoly.Lenin,running through the principle line"monopoly",using the methods of Marxist political economics,had launched a comprehensive critique on Kautsky's"ultra-imperialism theory"in the book Imperialism is the Highest Stage of Capitalism.After the Second World War,peace and development have become the themes of the world,and capitalism entered into a new stage,therefore,it is necessary for us to recognize Kautsky's"ultra-imperialism theory".
