水杨酸对平菇菌丝体抗逆生长的影响

摘  要:
研究了在PDA培养基中加入一定量的水杨酸,对平菇菌丝体生长过程中的抗碱性、抗酸性、抗热性和抗冷性的影响。结果表明,水杨酸能增强平菇菌丝体生长过程中的抗碱性和抗冷性,效果最好的均为1.0mg/L处理。进一步研究表明,1.0mg/L的水杨酸能增加平菇菌丝体内脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量,从而增强菌丝体对碱和冷的适应性。加入一定浓度(0.1~100mg/L)的水杨酸对平菇菌丝体的抗酸性和抗热性无增强效果。

摘  要:
In PDA medium,by adding a certain amount of SA,the effect of SA on the ability of anti-alkaline,anti-acid,anti-heat and anti-cold in the growth process of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium was studied.The results showed that SA could enhance the ability of anti-alkaline and anti-cold of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium,the best concentration were all 1.0 mg/L.Further studies showed that the 1.0 mg/L treatment could increase the content of proline and soluble sugar of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium,thus enhancing the mycelium of the alkali and cold adaptation.In the range of 0.1~100 mg/L,SA could not enhance the anti-acid and anti-heat ability in the growth process of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium.
