摘 要:
本试验旨在研究添加不同水平的发酵乳酸杆菌(L.fermentum F-6)对肉鸡的胰腺、小肠消化酶活性及营养物质消化率的影响。试验以玉米和大豆粕为主要原料配制饲粮,采用单因子随机试验设计方法,选择1日龄体重相近、健康的爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡240只(雌雄各占1/2),称重后随机分为4个组,1个对照组和3个L.fermentumF-6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组肉鸡不饲喂L.fermentumF-6,L.fermentumF-6组通过饮水添加L.fermentumF-6,添加水平分别为2×105、2×106和1×107CFU/mL。试验期42d。结果表明:1)添加L.fer-mentumF-6对肉鸡空肠和胰腺组织淀粉酶活性、空肠和回肠胰蛋白酶活性及十二指肠糜蛋白酶活性有显著的增强效果(P<0.05),尤以添加水平为2×106CFU/mL的F2组效果最好,淀粉酶活性比对照组分别提高74.34%和65.42%(P<0.05),胰蛋白酶活性比对照组分别提高41.61%和33.43%(P<0.05),十二指肠糜蛋白酶活性比对照组提高56.08%(P<0.05),但对肉鸡十二指肠和回肠淀粉酶活性、十二指肠和胰腺组织胰蛋白酶活性及十二指肠、空肠、回肠和胰腺组织脂肪酶活性的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。2)添加L.fermentumF-6可显著提高肉鸡回肠粗蛋白质和能量表观消化率(P<0.05),尤以添加水平为2×106CFU/mL时效果最好。由此可知,添加L.fermentumF-6对肉鸡的消化功能有显著增强作用,且增强效果与添加水平有关,添加水平为2×106CFU/mL时,效果最明显。

摘 要:
The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of Lactobacillus fermentum(L.fermentum) F-6 supplementation on enzyme activities in pancreas and small intestine and nutrient digestibility in broilers.In the experiment,a total of 240 one-day-old AA broilers(half male,half famale) with similar body weight were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment,and with 10 broilers in each replicate.The trial lasted for 42 days.The basal diet was mainly composed of corn and soybean meal.Broilers were fed four levels(0,2×105,2×106 and 1×107 CFU/mL,respectively) of L.fermentum F-6 in drinking water in a single factorial arrangement.The results showed as follows: 1) the L.fermentum F-6 supplementation enhanced the activities of amylase in jejunum and pancreas,trypsin in jejunum and ileum,and chymotrypsin in duodenum of broilers(P<0.05),and the addition of 2×106 CFU/mL to the drinking water had the best effect.Compared to the control group(0 CFU/mL group),amylase activity in jejunum and pancreas was increased by 73.34% and 65.42%,respectively,and trypsin activity in jejunum and ileum was increased by 41.61% and 33.43%,respectively,and chymotrypsin activity in duodenum of broilers in 2×106 CFU/mL group was increased by 56.08%(P<0.05).However,there were no significant effects of L.fermentum F-6 supplementation on the activities of amylase in duodenum and ileum,trypsin in duodenum and pancreatic,and lipase in pancreas and small intestine were not significant(P>0.05).2) L.fermentum F-6 supplementation could significantly improve the apparent digestibility of energy and protein in ileum of broilers(P<0.05),and the positive effects of 2×106 CFU/mL L.fermentum F-6 were the best.In conclusion,the L.fermentum F-6 supplementation can improved the digestive function of broilers,the effects are related to the levels of L.fermentum supplementation,and 2×106 CFU/mL L.fermentum F-6 shows the best pestive effects.
