光敏核不育水稻花药培养能力的影响因素研究

摘  要:
对14个光、温敏不育系的花药培养结果表明:不同基因型间花培能力差异很大,愈伤组织诱导率变化幅度为0~28.78%,绿苗分化率变相为0~54.55%,白苗分化率普遍较高。不同基本培养基及激素配比对同一种材料的培养效果不同,最适蔗糖浓度为6%。短日可育条件下光敏核不育水稻的花培能力高于长日不育条件下的花培能力。

摘  要:
The anthers of 14 kifids of photo (thermo)-sensitive genic male-sterile rice lines were cultured. Great genotypic differences in anther culture ability were revealed a-mong the materials. The frequency of callus induction ranged from 0 to 28- 78% and the fre-quency of green plantlet regeneration varied between O and 54. 55 %' Albino plantlet regener-ation frequency of most genotypes was high. Different culture effects were revealed.with dif-ferent basal culture media and phytohormone mixture ratios. The available sucrose concen-tration for inducing callus was 6%. ln this experiment, the culture ability of fertile anthers in short-day conditions was bigher than that of sterile anthers in long-day conditions.
