摘  要:
针对水果早期碰伤不易被识别的特点,以苹果作为研究对象,在分析了球面热源空间红外辐射规律的基础上,对苹果的早期碰伤红外热成像检测原理进行了深入探讨,最后通过实验验证了分析的模型以及规律,为红外热成像技术在农产品质量检测中的应用奠定基础。

摘  要:
Aiming at common vision systems are not capable of effectively distinguishing fruit with early mechanical bruise which occur a short time before inspection.Apple was chosen as research object,and on the basis of analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of infrared radiation of spherical thermal source,the nondestructive principle of infrared thermography of apple with early bruise was discussed.At last,experiment was tested according to above model and discipline and to lay the groundwork for large-scale commerce application of infrared nondestructive detection in agricultural products.
