铝处理对茶条槭不同种源种子发芽指标的影响

摘  要:
以吉林市、大连市和尚志市3个种源的茶条槭种子作为试验材料,研究铝元素对茶条槭不同种源种子有关发芽指标的影响。结果表明:在3个铝质量浓度处理下,3个种源种子的胚轴长差异不明显;大连种源在2.0 g.L-1铝质量浓度处理后种子发芽率和活力指数达到了最高,而尚志市种源在3.5 g.L-1铝质量浓度处理后发芽率达到了最高;在5.0 g.L-1铝质量浓度处理后,3个种源茶条槭种子的胚根长和活力指数与对照相比较分别下降了11.76%、12.00%、37.50%和18.86%、28.80%、86.23%。3个种源种子都能够在2.0 g.L-1的铝质量浓度下正常发芽生长,高于2.0 g.L-1的铝质量浓度处理对胚根产生一定的伤害,胚根根尖逐渐褐化、变黑。3个种源种子胚根的相对电导率和MDA浓度、POD酶活性在3.5 g.L-1、5.0 g.L-1铝质量浓度处理下比对照明显增加;SOD酶活性在2.0g.L-1、3.5 g.L-1铝质量浓度处理下比对照增加,≥3.5 g.L-1质量浓度后呈下降趋势。

摘  要:
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of aluminum on seed germination of A.ginnala.(originated from 3 provenances in Jilin,Dalian and Shangzhi,respectively).Result showed that the differences of hypocotyl lengths of seeds from three cities was not significant under 3 different concentrations of AlCl3·6H2O(2.0 g·L-1,3.5 g·L-1,5.0 g·L-1).The germination percentage and seed vigor index of A.ginnala from Dalian were the highest among them under 2.0 g·L-1aluminum treatment.However,the germination percentage and seed vigor index of seeds from Shangzhi were the highest under 3.5 g·L-1aluminum treatment.Under 5.0 g·L-1 aluminum treatment the germination percentage and seed vigor index of seeds from the three cities were 11.76%、12%、37.5% and 18.86%、28.8%、86.23% lower than those of control.At the concentrations of 3.5 and 5.0 g·L-1,the relative electrical conductivity,MDA content and POD activity of the seeds from the three cities were significantly higher than those of the control,while the SOD activity was higher than that of the control at the concentrations of 2.0 and 3.5 g·L-1 and decreased at 5.0 g·L-1.A.ginnala seeds from the three cities could germinate and grow normally under 2.0 g·L-1 of AlCl3·6H2O,but their radicles could be damaged when the aluminum concentration was higher than 2.0 g·L-1.
