摘 要：
以我国西部发展较成熟的茶产业区为例,采用经济地理学等方法探讨欠发达山区茶产业集群形成机制。研究表明,产业主体发展意愿是产业集群发展的初始动力和持久动力,独特资源禀赋是产业集群发展的初步条件,建立在资源基础上集群主体互动产生的具有一定约束和影响力的地方性社会规约是集群发展乃至其持续竞争力形成的根本条件。

摘 要：
This article studies the formation mechanism of tea industry cluster in west china by geonomic method. Results show that development vision of industrial subject is the initial and lasting power, and unique resources and regional advantages are the starting conditions of the development of industry cluster. Local conventions founded by cluster operators' interaction are the basis of competitive cluster development.
