不同处理对木奶果种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
研究不同木奶果种质、不同种子处理方法、播后观测时间三因素对木奶果种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,除了不同种质和不同观测时间二者交互作用对木奶果种子发芽率影响不显著外,其它单因素和交互作用均极显著影响木奶果种子发芽率;红皮木奶果种子萌发率高于白皮木奶果;红皮木奶果果实剥皮清洗种子发芽率最高,为79.86%,而白皮木奶果果实剥皮清洗种子发芽率最低,为38.78%。

摘  要:
Seed germination of Baccaurea ramiflora under different treatments was studied. Results showed there was no significant effects of germplasm and observation time with interactions on seed germination, but the others have significant effects in individually or in combination. The seed germination of Baccaurea ramiflora with red fruit is higher than that of Baccaurea ramiflora with white fruit, can reach to 79.86% if washed after peeling off the skin, while there is only 38.78% for Baccaurea ramiflora with white fruit.
