北五味子口服液的研制

摘  要:
北五味子[Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill]口服液以北五味子为主要原料,以酸枣仁、大枣、刺五加为辅助原料,经科学配方精制而成。利用正交试验,筛选出最佳工艺及配方。结果表明,北五味子复合口服液提取时间为90 min、浸提温度90℃、料液比为1∶4(m∶V);配方原汁为20 mL、白砂糖添加量9 g、蜂蜜添加量6 g、0.20%CMC-Na、0.15%黄原胶、0.20%海藻酸钠。

摘  要:
Using Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill as material, oral liquid was developed by adding seed of wild jujube,Chinese jujubae, acanthopanx through scientific prescrition. The best manufacturing technology was optimized with orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal extraction condition of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill oral liquid was extraction time of 90 min, extraction temperature of 90 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶4(m∶V), 20 mL the concentrated juice, 9 g white granulated sugar, 6 g honey, 0.20% CMC-Na, 0.15% xanthan gum, and 0.2% sodium alginate.
