几种杀菌剂对番茄枯萎病的毒力及田间防效

摘  要：
[目的]筛选出防治番茄枯萎病菌的有效药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定11种杀菌剂对番茄枯萎病菌的毒力,选择其中较好的7种药剂进行田间药效试验。[结果]25%咪鲜胺EC、20%嘧霉胺WP、50%异菌脲WP和20%叶枯唑WP对番茄枯萎病菌的抑制作用较强,其中25%咪鲜胺EC的抑制作用最强,EC50值为0.048 mg/L。田间药效试验表明:25%咪鲜胺EC和20%嘧霉胺WP对番茄枯萎病防治效果较好,防效均在70%以上。[结论]为药剂混配和防治番茄枯萎病提供理论依据。

摘  要：
[Aims] The paper aims to select effective fungicides to control tomato fusarium wilt. [Methods] Mycelial growth rate method was applied to determine the toxicity of the 11 kinds of fungicides on Fusarium pathogen virulence and seven kinds of agents among them were screened out for further field efficacy trials. [Results] The results showed in laboratory that prochloraz 25% EC,pyrimethanil 20% WP,iprodione 50% WP and bismerthlazol 20% WP showed higher effective on tomato fusarium wilt,in which prochloraz 25% EC had the best inhibitory effect against tomato fusarium wilt,EC50 value was 0.048 mg/L. The results of field trials showed that prochloraz 25% EC and pyrimethanil20% WP had better control effect,with a control efficacy of more than 70%. [Conclusions] These studies provided the basis for mixes and controlling tomato fusarium wilt.
