酸马奶中酵母菌的分离提纯及鉴定

摘  要:
实验从4个酸马奶样品中分离得到的39株酵母菌,并对其进行属的鉴定:包括形态学和生化鉴定。依据《酵母菌的特征与鉴定手册》将其归入6个属,分别是:酵母属、假丝酵母属、克勒克酵母属、酒香酵母属、德克酵母属和有孢圆酵母属。

摘  要:
In this paper,39 strain yeasts were isolated from 4 samples of koumiss.Generic Identification was conducted through Morphology and biochemistry.All these strain yeasts were included in 6 categories according to the characters and identification of yeast such as Saccharomyces,Sandida,Kloeckera,Brettanomyces,Dekkera and Torulaspora.
