重庆市长寿区水资源可持续利用评价

摘  要:
水既是人类和地球上一切生物生存环境的基本条件,也是保障人类社会及经济活动持续发展的重要资源。该文在对国内外水资源持续利用评价指标研究现状系统分析的基础上,结合长寿区水资源利用特点,采用主成分分析法对评价指标进行筛选,选择了24项指标作为水资源可持续利用评价指标。采用层次分析法确定了24个指标权重,利用综合指数模型计算出长寿水资源可持续发展度为第四级,水资源可持续利用能力较差,提出了长寿区水资源可持续利用的对策。

摘  要:
Water is a primary condition of all biological living environment on the mankind and the earth,ensure important resources which the human society and economic activity develop continuously too.This text is on the basis of utilizing the evaluation index to study network analysis of the current situation to the domestic and international water resource continuously,combine the Changshou district water resources utilization characteristic,adopt the analytic approach of the main composition to screen to the evaluation index,have chosen 24 indexes as the sustainable utilization evaluation index of water resource.We used AHP to determine weights of 24,using an integrated model to calculate the index of sustainable water resources development degree which is Class IV,capacity of water resources sustainable utilization is under-performance,and a countermeasure of sustainable use of water resources is put forward.
