宁夏石嘴山褐煤腐植酸的提取工艺

摘  要:
以褐煤为原料,采用碱溶酸析法提取腐植酸,考察了pH、NaOH浓度、反应温度、反应时间对腐植酸提取率的影响,并通过正交设计选择褐煤腐植酸的最佳提取条件为15 g/L NaOH溶液、反应时间30 min、反应温度50℃、pH 1.0、干燥温度(60±2)℃。

摘  要:
Humic acid was extracted from lignite by alkali solubilization and acid precipitation.The effects of acidification degree,alkali concentration,reaction temperature and time on the yield of humic acid were studied.According to orthogonal design,the optimized conditions were 15 g/L NaOH solution,reacting for 30 min at 50 ℃ and pH 1.0,drying temperature(60±2) ℃.
